We are providing this privacy notice to all clients who have entered into an investment advisory and/or financial planning services contract with Investment Management Consultants, Ltd.

We also receive information about your account activities and transactions once your account has been set up. The information we collect may include name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, annual income, tax bracket, investment objectives, investment experience, investment time horizons, restrictions on investments and bank or brokerage account numbers you have provided to us. The nonpublic personal information we collect is necessary to conduct our business and properly service your accounts. We do maintain personal information including account balances, positions, history and other transactions in our internal client database. We do not sell your personal information.
We do disclose personal information to third parties who help us process or service your transactions or accounts. We may also report personal information in certain circumstances where we believe that its’ disclosure is required or permitted by law. Types of third parties to whom we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you may include: financial service providers, stock portfolio managers you have chosen, regulatory agencies and law enforcement authorities.
We restrict access of nonpublic personal information to only our employees who have a need to know. We train our employees to respect customer privacy and safeguard such information.
